Hello. My name is Elisabetta. I am the mother of two lovely children, Albi and Gilbi . They are the chief chefs and testers for almost all my recipes.
I taught cookery classes in London’s primary schools for seven years and always tried to convey a positive energy and enthusiasm to the children I taught as well as to their teachers and parents. Indeed, parents make me very happy when they tell me about the love for cooking that their grown-up children have developed as a result of my recipes and tasty tricks I shared.
From these experiences and all the enthusiastic feedback, my books were born. I am pleased to share them with you.
My background, as both a Pharmacologist and Cordon Bleu Haute Cuisine Diploma qualified chef, gives me the expertise to devise and develop this unique, multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary series.
